Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors and clients.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments with clarity and efficiency.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum education of a high school diploma; a degree in business administration is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Currently residing in Dubai

  • Polished and presentable Receptionist
