Roles & Responsibilities

  • Philippine Receptionist Cum PRO

    We are looking for a smart, experienced, and well-organized Philippine Receptionist Cum Employment Visa Application Officer to join our team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handling front desk operations and welcoming visitors

    • Managing calls, emails, and client inquiries

    • Processing employment visa applications for staff and client (especially UAE / Gulf)

    • Coordinating with candidates and documentation follow-ups

    • Maintaining visa records and application status

    • Liaising with agencies and government portals

    • Assisting in office administration work

    Requirements:

    • Female candidate (Philippine nationality preferred)

    • Experience in employment visa processing is a must

    • Good communication skills (English required)

    • Knowledge of UAE / Gulf visa procedures

    • Expert in computer skills (MS Office, Email, Online portals)

    • Professional and presentable personality

    Location: Dubai

    Salary: AED 2500/- Negotiable

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of office operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role within a corporate environment is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory; additional languages are a plus for diverse workplaces.
