Roles & Responsibilities

A reputed Beauty Clinic in Muscat is looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Omani Receptionist cum Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the face of the clinic, welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring each guest enjoys a smooth and exceptional experience from arrival to departure..


  • Greet and welcome all clients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
  • Provide information on clinic services, treatments, promotions, and prices.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
  • Coordinate with therapists, aestheticians, and management to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Assist in managing social media inquiries and follow-up communication if needed.
  • Keep the reception and waiting area neat, organized, and always welcoming.
  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Omani National (required).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative — preferably in a beauty clinic or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.
  • Proficient n Microsoft Office and/or appointment booking software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and during on Holidays, if needed.
