Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a professional, well-presented, and organised Receptionist / Front Desk Officer with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage front-of-house operations to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, bookings, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a front-desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
