Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, ensuring calls are routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments for sales, service, and other departments, coordinating calendars effectively.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
