Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in call center or receptionist roles.
• Language: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (reading and writing) is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and handling phone calls in a professional manner.
Functions/responsabilities
The candidate will be vital in handling patient inquiries and appointments and providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to patient appointments and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
• Provide general information about the hospital services and assist patients with their queries.
• Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and appointments.
