Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate services. Manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. Answer phone calls and information requests. Create, update, and file patient records. Ensure proper patient registration. Process payments according to established procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma in biology, secretarial studies, administration or medical secretarial studies.

Experience: Experience in reception, appointment management and customer service, ideally in the healthcare sector.

Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, courtesy, active listening and a welcoming manner.

Organization: Ability to effectively manage schedules, patient files, and daily priorities.

Computer skills: Good command of office tools and medical management software.

Stress management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Confidentiality: Strict adherence to professional secrecy and the confidentiality of patient information.

Personal qualities: Punctuality, professionalism, empathy, discretion, rigor and team spirit.
