Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism.
- To handle check-in and check-out procedures
- G rer les r servations (t l phone, email, PMS)
- Provide useful information about the hotel and the region
- Handling customer requests and complaints
- Ensure the monitoring of invoicing and payments.
- Working in coordination with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance)
- Neat presentation, a sense of service and hospitality
- Comfortable using computer tools and hotel management software (PMS).
- Mastery of French is essential; English is an asset
- Good communication skills, sense of organization
- Availability to work shifts (morning/evening/weekend)
- Experience in the hotel industry preferred, but motivated beginners accepted.
