Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism. 
  • To handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • G rer les r servations (t l phone, email, PMS)
  • Provide useful information about the hotel and the region
  • Handling customer requests and complaints
  • Ensure the monitoring of invoicing and payments.
  • Working in coordination with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance)
  • Neat presentation, a sense of service and hospitality
  • Comfortable using computer tools and hotel management software (PMS).
  • Mastery of French is essential; English is an asset
  • Good communication skills, sense of organization
  • Availability to work shifts (morning/evening/weekend)
  • Experience in the hotel industry preferred, but motivated beginners accepted.
