Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main role:
- To ensure customer reception, manage reception operations and guarantee quality service contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities and activities:
- Welcoming customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations (phone, email, online platforms)
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area.
- Handling customer requests, complaints, and special situations
- Handle invoicing, cash collection, and cash register closing
- Coordinate with other departments (stage, maintenance, catering)
- Ensure the smooth running of the reception and compliance with procedures.
- Apply the security and confidentiality rules
Required skills:
- Friendly and welcoming manner, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and oral expression
- Proficiency in computer tools and hotel software
- Organization, rigor and prioritization
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Training in hospitality/tourism or equivalent
- Experience desired for a similar position
- LANGUAGES :
- French: required
- English: required
- Other languages: a plus
