Purpose of Role/Summary:
br>The role supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing front-desk activities, coordinating meetings and office resources, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace. building management, handling administrative and facilities-related tasks, and providing support for onboarding and general office operations to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.br> br> /p>
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
br> /p>
- Welcome visitors and assist both external visitors and internal staff promptly and professionally
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and daily office activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception and office area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Support basic administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and filing
- Assist with onboarding new employees and other office-related activities as needed
- Follow up daily with Housekeeping (HK) to ensure all areas of the building, including reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, offices, and common areas, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Coordinate coffee service during meetings and when hosting guests (internal and external clients)
- Comply with all company policies, confidentiality, security, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager

Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduate or 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or office administration role
- A bachelor s degree, diploma, or relevant certification is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic (other languages are an advantage)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook (or similar tools)
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of office health, safety, and compliance standards
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solverbr> br> br> /li>
