Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with their inquiries and appointments.
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
Provide support to medical staff as required.
Implement and manage clinic procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic bookkeeping.
