Job Description

As the Receptionist at KILONEWTONS, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, including sorting and distribution.
Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments, including conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Support HR and other departments with onboarding and event coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Professional and welcoming demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems).
Punctual, reliable, and presentable with a positive attitude.
