Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment cycles across retail outlets, warehouses, and distributors.
Implement inventory control systems to track product movement, expiry dates, shrinkage, and stock adjustments.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure stock availability for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor and analyze stock turnover, demand forecasting, and slow-moving products, recommending corrective actions.
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of inventory performance Oversee for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in handling perfumes and fragrance products.
Manage a team of warehouse/inventory staff and provide training for best practices in stock handling and accuracy.
Work closely with logistics partners and suppliers to streamline inbound and outbound shipments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the perfume industry
Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, demand forecasting, and stock management tools.
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager with strong expertise in managing stock levels, warehouse operations, and supply chain efficiency within the perfume / beauty industry. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, minimizing losses, optimizing stock availability, and supporting smooth operations across retail stores, distributors, and e-commerce channels.
