• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
• Assist Parents Relations Executive with student attendance.
• Liaison between school IT department and parents/students for ipads & parental access cards.
• Manage the school's front desk, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment
• Support with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth communication and visitor flow
• You must always demonstrate, model and advocate the AGS Values.
