Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with clients, staff, and external partners.

Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to support office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in English, with speaking and writing skills equivalent to a native speaker.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile
