Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails

  • Manage reception area and maintain a welcoming environment

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing documents, and deliveries

  • Maintain office records, visitor logs, and filing systems

  • Support administration and coordination with internal departments

  • Assist with basic documentation, quotations, invoices, and office correspondence

  • Ensure office supplies and reception materials are properly maintained

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred

  2. Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrator

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  5. Professional appearance and positive attitude

  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
