Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
-Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
-Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for real estate agents and management staff.
-Maintain office security by following procedures for visitors, monitoring entry points, and ensuring a safe environment.
-Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents for meetings.
-Coordinate and manage the delivery and receipt of packages and mail.
-Assist in maintaining and organizing office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
-Manage and coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and ensure that the office is tidy and well-presented at all times.
-Communicate with clients and vendors regarding scheduling and appointments, providing a high level of customer service.
-Help prepare and organize company events or client meetings held at the office.
