Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Manage front desk reception duties and greet visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Support HR and administrative departments with documentation tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment-related coordination and record management.
  • Maintain office filing systems and update employee records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential documents and information.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.

Requirements :

  • 1 2 years UAE experience in Administration, HR, Recruitment, or Documentation.
  • Bachelor s degree is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog preferred.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
