Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk reception duties and greet visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Support HR and administrative departments with documentation tasks.
- Assist in recruitment-related coordination and record management.
- Maintain office filing systems and update employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential documents and information.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
Requirements :
- 1 2 years UAE experience in Administration, HR, Recruitment, or Documentation.
- Bachelor s degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog preferred.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
