Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries, providing information, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Maintain office security by following procedures for visitor check-ins and maintaining a log of visitors.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring proper coordination and room availability.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, tracking, and inventory management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
- Assist with event coordination or office functions when necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
