Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage salon appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer messages promptly.
Handle billing, cash transactions, card payments, and maintain payment records.
Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
Maintain client records and update customer information in the system.
Promote salon services, offers, memberships, and products to clients.
Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Address customer inquiries and assist with resolving basic concerns professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a receptionist, salon receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with appointment or billing systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
