Tasks
- Welcome visitors, answer routine questions, and direct them accordingly.
- Respond to calls/emails, gather information, and escalate where needed.
- Maintain calendars and arrange meeting rooms.
- Follow required steps to meet quality standards.
- Organize daily tasks in line with priorities.
- Maintain and develop procedural and soft skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
