Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, manage reception area, and maintain a professional image.
  • Answer/route calls, handle WhatsApp & email inquiries, take messages.
  • Manage meeting room schedule, refreshments, and visitor passes.
  • Receive/distribute mail & couriers; coordinate bike/car messengers.
  • Support HR/Admin with candidate scheduling and document collection.
  • Keep front desk logs: visitor register, supplies, maintenance tickets.
  • Basic data entry, scanning, and filing (paper & electronic).
  • Coordinate with office boys/cleaning for daily readiness.

Skills:

  • Presentable, friendly, and professional communication (Arabic & good English).
  • Strong phone etiquette and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace basics.
  • Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 3 years experience in Reception/Customer Service/Admin

Preferable: experience in engineering/architecture/construction offices.
