Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- You are responsible for ensuring a warm, efficient welcome that complies with the quality standards of the establishment
- You carry out the IT and administrative procedures related to check-in/out on the hotel's IT system (Opera Cloud)
- You need to check customer guarantees and bookings
- You guarantee the stay of the guests by communicating important information to the various departments of the hotel
- You keep, check and control your personal cash register
- You ensure that data is secure
- You are responsible for the establishment at night
- You will ensure daily closing and reporting
- You control the Turnover / receipts and report any discrepancies or errors that have occurred
- You apply the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel in terms of guest control and personal safety
- You embody the Heartist spirit in your interactions with customers
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- B licence
- Proficiency in office tools (word processing and spreadsheet, Opera Cloud)
- Knowledge of the hotel industry
- Sense of service and hospitality
- First experience in a job related to customer contact
- Passion for the customer
- Very good interpersonal skills, excellent communication (internal and customer)
- Diplomacy and self-control
- Organization and rigor
- Flexibility and versatility
