Roles & Responsibilities
Missions G n rales:
- Record customer reservations
- Greets and assists the client from arrival to departure
- Contributes to their ongoing satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout their stay
- Contributes to the achievement of the quantitative objectives of his department through his sales efforts
Main Responsibilities:
- Relation Client:
- Contributes to customer satisfaction: must, as part of their daily work, directly ensure customer satisfaction, support and/or assist their team.
- Greets the customer upon arrival with courtesy and attention.
- Contributes to customer loyalty through a warm and personalized relationship.
- Ensure that administrative procedures never take precedence over the relationship with the client.
- Takes into account and anticipates the client's needs
- Manages any objections and/or remarks from the client; ensures a response is provided as quickly as possible and in accordance with the Contract. 15 minutes Ibis

- Technique m tier/production
- Ensures that customer arrival and departure operations are handled in accordance with internal procedures.
- Inform the client about the conditions of their stay, the formalities and the services offered by the hotel.
- Manage phone calls
- Transmits the necessary information to other departments (stages, technical, etc.) and to other members of their department
- S ensures the availability and up-to-dateness of documents, products and supplies necessary for the service and/or the client.
- Takes reservations
- Prepares and serves a snack or breakfast outside of restaurant opening hours.
- Sales/Commercial
- Highlight the hotel's various services to optimize sales
- Applies and justifies the pricing policy of the hotel in order to optimize RevPAR
- Promotes the ALL loyalty program and adapts its sales pitches to meet customer needs.
- Contributes to the synergy of the place by boosting inter-hotel referrals. Advises the client on a possible future stay in an Accor hotel.
- Regular monitoring and follow-up of psychosocial risks (RPS), the quality of services offered through customer feedback, feedback during service meetings, etc.
- Management
- Adhere to the billing and payment collection procedures.
