Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the development of its activities and the strengthening of its teams, the Mvenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech is recruiting a Receptionist (M/F) .
Main responsibilities:
The Receptionist ensures:
A warm, professional, and personalized welcome for each of our clients.
The smooth flow of arrivals, departures, and client requests, in accordance with the establishment's standards.
The management of telephone calls, emails, and messages.
The updating of client files and the accurate maintenance of information in the PMS.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure a smooth, pleasant, and customer-friendly welcome experience.
Manage guest check-in, key distribution, payments, and invoicing.
Respond effectively to guest needs, questions, and requests throughout their stay.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations) to provide a seamless service.
Provide helpful information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained: cleanliness, organization, and availability of equipment.
Promptly identify and escalate guest feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Promote and monitor the brand's loyalty program.
Apply and adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Objectives and work environment:
To offer attentive, personalized, and memorable service to make each customer feel valued.
To maintain a professional, welcoming, and perfectly organized reception area.
To contribute to smooth communication within the team and between different departments.
To actively participate in improving the customer experience through concrete initiatives.
To ensure that every interaction contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Excellent presentation and a natural sense of hospitality. Strong
interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a positive attitude.
Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of a PMS is an asset.
Team player, autonomous, and with a strong customer service focus.
Experience in a similar hospitality role, ideally in a high-end environment (preferred but not required depending on the position).
