Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Welcome guests while respecting ACCOR scripts and standards
  • Ensure guest check-in and check-out while respecting the average duration determined by the ACCOR group
  • being a creator of customer experience
  • Prepare invoices and manage collections
  • Manage Walk-in reservations
  • Provide an anticipatory, tailored, intuitive, and transparent service when handling customer requests
  • Optimizing revenue through upselling
  • Ensure follow-up in coordination with all hotel departments
  • Respond to and manage customer complaints in a proactive and professional manner
  • Participate in the recruitment of ALL clients
  • Feed the customer preferences database
  • Participate in the strategy adopted by the ACCOR group and the owner
  • Contribute to improving the hotel's RPS score
  • Respond to and manage customer complaints
  • Respect the internal standards and procedures of the ACCOR group and the owner
  • Directly ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a receptionist or night auditor;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant applications;
  • A university degree in a related discipline is an asset;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills;
  • Particularly responsible and reliable;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or accounting position.
