Job Description
- Welcoming clients while respecting ACCOR scripts and standards
- Ensure customer check-in and check-out within the average timeframe determined by the ACCOR group.

- Prepare invoices and manage payments

- To provide a proactive, tailored, intuitive, and transparent service when handling customer requests
- Optimize revenue through upselling
- Ensure follow-up in coordination with all hotel departments
- Respond to and manage customer complaints proactively and professionally
- Participate in the recruitment of ALL clients
- Populate the customer preferences database
- Participate in the strategy adopted by the ACCOR group and the owner
- Contribute to improving the hotel's RPS score
- Responding to and managing customer complaints
- Adhere to the internal standards and procedures of the ACCOR group and the owner.
- To directly ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist or night auditor position;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant applications;
- A university degree in a related discipline is an asset;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Particularly responsible and reliable;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to focus one's attention on customer needs, while remaining calm and courteous at all times;
- Prior experience in a receptionist or accountant position.
Desired Candidate Profile
