Receptionist SOFITEL

Main Responsibilities:

• He warmly welcomes the customer with a smile as soon as he approaches reception and recognizes regular customers.
• Ensures a fast, efficient, courteous and personalized check-in and check-out for each customer by addressing them by name at least at the beginning and end of each interaction.
• Applies Sofitel standards
• Provides customers with all information about hotel services at the time of check-in.
• Ensures that the customer completes the information form correctly and provides the necessary assistance if needed.
• R responds to all customer requests according to standards of attitude and effectively manages complaints by taking appropriate initiatives for the situation or by consulting his hierarchical superior if necessary.
• Informs his superior of requests, suggestions or incidents reported by the client.
• Maintains good communication and good relations with other departments of the hotel.
• Ensures that equipment and work area are maintained in good hygienic conditions.
• Assists in all training programs within his department and applies the techniques learned during the performance of his duties.
• Knows the hotel's rooms and facilities as well as its history and trends, forecasts (average price, occupancy rate), and the activity of competing hotels.
• Ensures her appearance and personal hygiene in accordance with Sofitel standards
• S ensures that all customers benefiting from promotions or loyalty card holders receive all the advantages in accordance with the recommendations of the brand and the group.
