Roles & Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the first and last point of contact, offering a warm, genuine welcome and a fond farewell.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and grace.
  • Be knowledgeable about the full range of services and guide guests accordingly in a clear and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth, seamless, and relaxing experience from start to finish.
  • Maintain a calm, organized atmosphere that reflects discretion, care, and attention to detail.
