Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages when needed.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Provide basic information about the company and direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and request replenishment when needed.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing, copying, and document preparation as required.

  • Assist other departments with clerical duties when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female Saudi Nationals are preferred. Male Saudi Nationals are also considered.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Basic understanding in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle phone systems and front desk operations.
