Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To guarantee a smooth, pleasant and customer-friendly reception experience.
To ensure customer registration, key handover, payment and invoicing management.
To respond effectively to the needs, questions and requests of customers throughout their entire stay.
Ensure coordination with other departments (Housekeeping, Catering, Guest Relations) to offer a harmonized service.
To provide useful information about the hotel, its services and local attractions.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained: cleanliness, organization, availability of equipment.
Identify and quickly escalate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
Promote the brand's loyalty program and ensure its follow-up.
Apply and respect internal procedures, quality standards and safety instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent presentation and a natural sense of hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a positive attitude. Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Opera is an asset.
Team player, autonomous, and with a strong customer service focus.
Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
