Assisting visitors to concerned personnel
Manage company email account.
Assisting sales support officer for preparing quotations and correspondences.
Arranging courier to collect documents and receiving of document and forwarding to personnel in charge.
Requesting driver to collect and submit documents such as letters, quotations etc.
Updating staff activity log.
Preparing, printing, scanning of needed documents and saving on assigned folders for reference.
Registering to events and conventions.
Supporting all other departments.
Request stationeries and other office supplies to procurement.
Arranging and organizing office supplies.
Performing any assign task from time to time.
Willing to work in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
