Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with organisational goals, enhancing programme engagement and overall effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and maximise programme impact.
- Ensure all recognition and partnership programmes are delivered in line with HR policies, best practices, and quality standards to maintain consistency, governance, and compliance.
- Collect and analyse data from dashboards, programme platforms, stakeholder feedback, and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the successful implementation, rollout, and adoption of new programme technology and digital tools, ensuring stakeholders are trained, supported, and engaged to maximise adoption and drive behavioural change across the programme.
- Analyse programme data and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements that contribute to programme success and operational effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery and effectiveness through the use of KPIs, metrics, action plans, and performance tracking.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation, effective partner integration, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and oversee governance, compliance, and contract management processes, while supporting strategic investment decisions to drive the long-term success and impact of the programme.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience managing employee engagement, recognition and/or reward programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional team.
You ll have an edge if you have:
- Proven experience leading and driving implementation and transformation initiatives across programmes, systems, or operational processes.
- Experience designing and implementing employee recognition programmes.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with recognition platforms, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience interpreting data, managing KPIs and delivering insights to support programme optimisation.
