Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in niche markets, utilizing creative outreach methods.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Leverage data-driven recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential talent pools.
- Provide insightful feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering strong relationships and a positive reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a specialized industry, to ensure deep market understanding.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is crucial for efficient process management.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially in English and a second language relevant to the market.
- Strong interpersonal skills are vital, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- Analytical mindset to assess candidate data and recruitment metrics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
