Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Be a Talent Advisor to the business by building positive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Full responsibility for hiring our German Customer Service Agents. Understand the market, and find effective solutions.
  • Run the full lifecycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions across a range of levels and business domains including Customer Service, Marketing, Design and other functions; you will be empowered to manage day to day activity independently
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience! Manage the candidate journey ensure candidates are fully prepared and kept updated
  • Work alongside team members and business partners to collaboratively co-create solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Your Qualifications:

Fluency in German and English

1-2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR support functions

Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as an agency or supporting a high growth function or business.

Demonstrated attention to detail with clear and concise communications skills.

Foundational knowledge and practical experience supporting sourcing skills, including assisting with passive candidate outreach and strategic networking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for Customer Service Agents
  • Experience working as part of a global team
