Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
Monitor and update key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
