Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and senior management.
  • Write and distribute job offers on appropriate channels (job boards, social networks, etc.).
  • Source, pre-select and evaluate technical and commercial applications.
  • Conducting individual interviews (technical, behavioral, HR).
  • Maintain relationships with schools, HR partners and external firms.
  • Manage the integration of new employees and their monitoring during the probationary period.
  • Participate in the implementation of digital HR tools (database, ATS, reporting).
  • Promote GTS's employer brand through internal and external communication actions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree +3 or Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or Management.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, ideally in a technical, industrial or digital environment.
  • Languages: Fluent French, professional English preferred.
