Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and execute sourcing plans that bring in qualified candidates.

  • Utilize channels, social , referrals, and local hiring events to reach diverse pools of talent.
  • Continuously develop a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates for frequent openings.
  • Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage offer letters, pre-employment checks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and local F&B regulations.
  • 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to engage diverse candidates.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of hourly and shift-based hiring best practices.
  • Organized, fast-paced, and responsive especially during seasonal or expansion hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
