Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose: To support end-to-end recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring logistics to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment drives to meet approved manpower requisitions.

  2. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

  3. Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and documentation.

  4. Support offer management, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and operations teams.

  5. Assist with recruitment campaigns, vendor coordination, and ad-hoc hiring projects as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
