Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and screen blue-collar candidates with specialized skills for oil and gas projects, focusing on trades like welders, electricians, and riggers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit within the oil and gas industry, and perform background checks and reference verification.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the blue-collar workforce, including trade schools, unions, and industry associations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within a manpower supply or staffing company in the UAE.

  • Proven experience hiring for Oil & Gas and Construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Trade categories and skill requirements

    • UAE labor market and hiring practices

    • Mobilization and deployment processes

  • Experience coordinating overseas recruitment (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines – preferred).
