Job Brief
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support onboarding, accommodation coordination, and employee assignment across the organization.

 Responsibilities

1- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
2- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
3- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments
4- Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities
5- Coordinate new joiner accommodation assignment
6- Liaise with employee relations and operations for staff allocation and deployment
7- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and manpower plans
8- Support bulk hiring and urgent operational requirements

  Requirements

1- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
2- Strong coordination and communication skills
3- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
4- Experience in hospitality or high-volume recruitment is a plus
