Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Assist in recruitment advertisement.
- Compile/Scan/Shortlist CVs for review by department managers.
- Conduct interviews.
- Assist in the Selection Process.
- Handle On-Boarding process.
- Co-ordinate with selected candidates for collecting necessary documents.
- Update/follow up on recruitment database.
- Assist HR Department in key initiatives.
- Stay up to date with vacancies and ensure proper headcounts.
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in HR.
2 years experience in recruitment.
Knowledge of HR processes/policies.
Teamwork & collaboration.
Communication skills.
Planning and Organizational skills
