Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
