Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
