Your mission

As a recruitment officer, you play a key role through the following missions:

• Welcome and inform candidates about the recruitment process, the position, the company and its advantages
• Manage pre-selection telephone interviews and evaluate candidates according to the criteria required for the position
• Conduct physical recruitment interviews and follow the tests
• Write interview reports
• Update the status of applications on the information system
• Assign candidates according to their profiles and the requirements of the requesting department
• Represent the company at job fairs and promote the profession of customer advisor
• Build a pool of candidates to gain responsiveness and respond quickly to recruitment needs
• Ensure regular follow-up of candidate integrations and trigger the necessary replacements, in coordination with the recruitment manager
• Work closely with production teams and the sourcing department

• Ideally has higher education in human resources
• Has perfect written and spoken French and English
• Has successful experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar position, ideally in call centers
• Knows mass recruitment techniques
• Is recognized for its ability to offer a good candidate experience
• Has active listening
• Is recognized for its interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Is results-oriented
• Has an analytical and synthetic mind
• Knows how to work in a multi-client organization

Availability, flexibility and commitment are major qualities for carrying out its mission.

Experience in the recruitment of telesales profiles is a plus.
