Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Officer
Mission :
- Define and implement recruitment strategies based on the needs of the production unit
- Carry out sourcing and pre-selection of candidates for operational and technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews and participate in hiring decision-making.
- Organizational and volume management skills: be able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills: to interact effectively with candidates and different departments
- Negotiation skills: knowing how to convince and negotiate with candidates, especially during periods of high demand.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +5 in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-production environment, with a large number of recruitments to manage simultaneously
