Job Description

We wish to strengthen our Sousse team and recruit a "Recruitment Research Officer, Sousse".
Main responsibilities:
Collaborating with recruitment managers to define the desired profiles
Sort the applications received
Identify suitable profiles in CV databases and via professional networks
Contact candidates for a telephone assessment according to the selection criteria (language skills, motivations,
qualifications, etc.)
Write summaries after each telephone interview
Submit the shortlisted candidates to the recruitment manager
Monitor recruitment files until the end of the process
Update candidate files in the system.
Workplace: Sousse
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
Diploma (m/e) from a higher education program
Perfect mastery of the French language, both written and spoken (C1)
Proactivity, investigative spirit
Ability to persuade and a sense of precision
Sense of analysis and conceptualization
Interpersonal and organizational skills, a collaborative spirit
My proficiency with computer tools (Internet, Office, Outlook)
Available for training abroad
