The Recruitment Senior Associate will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the hiring of top talent to meet the company s staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process while maintaining high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with the advisory and digital consulting sectors in KSA.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with job requirements.
  • Post jobs, source candidates via various channels, and maintain candidate database.
  • Conduct initial outreach, review resumes, and document profiles in ATS.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide candidate updates, and support offer negotiations.
  • Track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and promote diversity in hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience: Matches full recruitment cycle experience.
  • Stakeholder management: Aligns with collaborating with hiring managers and coordinating interviews.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices: Matches ensuring compliance and improving processes.
  • Hands-on recruitment/interviewing: Matches conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Training junior team members: Supports maintaining recruitment standards.
  • Digital literacy (CRM and Excel): Aligns with tracking metrics and managing candidate data.
