Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing the company s values and culture.

Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution sector.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
