Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company channels to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems and ensure alignment with labor regulations and business needs with the help of the team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and become up to date with all governmental law revisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a must
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and employment regulations.
