Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Must have Experience in mass hiring accounts
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment trends.
